Pros
I really appreciate how this tackles several key use cases that matter most to our team. The interface is simple enough that everyone feels comfortable navigating it without much training. The smart boards feature has been very useful for our workflow.
Cons
Sometimes workflows run slow when there are server issues on their end but it usually gets back to normal after about 10 minutes.

I find it user friendly, making flow creation feel effortless for anyone regardless of their technical background. The interface design is really impressive and setting up field values doesn't require much complexity at all.
Cons

That pin feature is honestly a game changer and makes tracking potential leads and there actions so much easier which has boosted our success rate significantly. The contact hit list helps us stay on top of engagement and conversions while the analytics reports give us valuable insights into funnel progress, call timings and data input every single day.

I have to manually set up filters for every single stage which gets very time consuming since they don't carry over automatically.
