Complete Customer Management Solution

Pros

I really appreciate how everything is centralized in one dashboard, all client information, communications and notes are right there. It makes it easy to see which clients need more attention at a glance. The data protection features give me peace of mind knowing customer information is secure from unauthorized access plus, the integration capabilities with other apps really expand what I can do with the platform.

Cons

It doesn't always highlight which clients need the most attention, making it harder to prioritize my needs accordingly.

A new take on CRM

Pros

The updated interface is user friendly and packed with useful features. Their customer support has been phenomenal and it really helps our agents stay organized and efficient in their daily tasks.

Cons

The website gets very glitchy when I'm trying to input values and sometimes it just won't accept what I'm entering. It also lags maybe since its still in early development, though I'm hoping a patch update will sort these issues out.
