I really appreciate the source tags feature and how easily you can set up bots for automated messaging and it helps improve communication very nicely.
Cons
Their customer support is painfully slow even getting a response about small problems takes way too long.

The insights feature gives me exactly what I need to track performance and the bot builder is surprisingly amazing moreover, support has been responsive whenever I've reached out, plus the DWTSS functionality works well for our workflow.
Cons
The recent price hike and feature changes came without any warning which was really frustrating for our budget planning.

The dashboard interface looks really clean and user-friendly. I appreciate being able to download different apps and how simple it is to set up bots. Customer support has been fantastic and they're always there when I need help with questions. We handle tons of customer inquiries every day and this platform helps us resolve them very quickly without any major hiccups.
Cons
The pricing could definitely be more affordable and I'd love to see more integration options available.

“Simple easy automation and great customer service
Pros
Getting started was very easy and I love how they keep adding new features regularly. The support team is awesome too and they're always ready to help whenever Meta makes those sudden changes that throw off our operations.
Cons
The main issue isn't really with the platform itself. Since WhatsApp Business is still relatively new for Meta, they keep making challenging updates that create headaches for companies. I'd recommend staying alert about these changes because you'll definitely encounter them firsthand.

I've been using this platform for the past two years and recently added another business. When we ran into a snag (totally our fault), the team didn't just fix it and they went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly. My account manager Vignesh was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. Having employees like him really makes all the diference.
Cons
I haven't come across anything worth complaining about so far. The journey has been smooth and I expect it'll continue that way. I cant think of any real downsides to the features they provide.
