Pros
The way it brings all customer data together in one place really helps organise how we manage relationships. Data organization has become so much more efficient and I can see how this directly impacts our business growth.
Cons
It's pretty hard to use at first. I found it challenging to understand all the different features and how everything works together. It takes some patience and time to get the hang of it but you definitely improve with practice.

“Smooth CRM with Minor Hiccups
Pros
What I find most helpful is how flexible the interface is and being able to chat, email and call all at the same time. It really makes my job as an associate much easier.
Cons
The real time data capture has some glitches especially with metrics tracking. When your schedule is flexible, you'd expect the adherence metrics to adjust accordingly but they dont seem to keep up properly.

I really appreciate how it brings all customer information into one central hub which makes managing and building stronger client relationships so much more simple.
Cons
The learning process can take some time and you definitely need solid training to fully take advantage of all the features, this can be a challenge for some team members.

It's great value for what you get and it's really easy to use and covers all my CRM needs. Plus, all the extra features are transparent and customizable.
Cons
I can't really point to anything I dislike, though I'm still trying to figure out what makes this stand out from other options on the market.
