Pros
I love how this platform covers all our daily sales and marketing automation needs. The AI chatbot is fantastic and its trained specifically on our data and handles sales inquiries really well. We've set up automated email follow-ups that run smoothly and having all our business emails connected in one place makes tracking messages across channels so much easier. The interface is user friendly too.
Cons
We havent found anything to really complain about with this platform though we did run into a few bugs along the way but the development team took care of them pretty quickly when we reported the issues.
