“Good and clean tool to use
Pros
It feels really interactive when ure going through customer relationships and the interface just makes sense and doesnt require much of effort.
Cons
Setting it up initially was pretty confusing to me and took longer than expected to figure out.

“Fully Customizable, All in one CRM Solution
Pros
To be honest, this software is great for managing customer relationships plus the customization options are fantastic. I can adjust everything to fit my business needs. It has many useful features for sales, marketing, contact management, support, projects and events. One thing I really like is how it automatically tracks and syncs emails which makes my job easier by assigning messages and appointments to the right accounts without me having to do anything. Besides that, the dashboard is simple, easy to use and I can set up multiple dashboards which is really convenient. The reports are accurate and give me clear insights into opportunities, lead management is efficient and I can organize data the way I want. The interface is easy to use and having all customer information in one place saves me time. It also works well with tools like Sage and Outlook. The e-marketing feature is fully integrated and the setup was quick. Mobile access is a nice bonus too. It's flexible and works well every day. The customer support team is friendly and helpful and it comes at a reasonable price which makes it even better.
Cons
It's tricky when you first start using it and the terminology can be confusing. Sometimes it takes way too long to find what I'm looking for through all the filters. The charts and graphs are very basic and it would be great to have more options there.

“Good CRM needs improvements in Automation
Pros
I can build several different dashboards which is really helpful for organizing data. The automation features work well most of the time, though they do occasionally lag.
Cons
Sometimes the automation features don't function as I expected and can be unreliable.
