Pros
I no longer have to keep paper receipts. Everything is now stored in people's files (like emails from providers in their specific files).
Cons
My account manager doesn't really like it since she had to do extra steps instead of just emailing me.

Pros
With GOOMTool, I can easily run, manage, organize, schedule, delegate and create everything I need to handle. It only costs me for one tool instead of the 7 I used before.
Cons
It made me go through my other management solutions one by one and realize how irrelevant and expensive they were.
