“Well rounded CRM system
Pros
It's easy to use and covers all aspects of CRM that I need, making it a complete system.
Cons
I haven't found anything I dislike thus far. I definitely recommend training so I can learn all of the cool nuances of the system.

“Green Rope still a bit Green
Pros
The program has been quite useful. I particularly like the Calendar Remind feature, document storage, and integration with social media, which simplify CRM tasks like proposal and quote reviews.
Cons
I find the software confusing, even too much. There are so many options that I almost feel like I am missing something, and I probably am due to the sheer amount of things I can do. While having a lot of options isn't necessarily bad, it can hamper productivity and ease of use. The templates are also outdated and sometimes error out in my browser (depending on settings, etc.).

Pros
It has been instrumental in addressing our client onboarding challenges. Their support team always has the right solutions whenever I encounter obstacles.
Cons
It's not sexy or elegant, but I find it absolutely robust and effective.

Pros
It's invaluable for managing communications, RSVPs, and team progress. what stands out about GreenRope is its ability to effectively track and engage with potential clients across various programs and events.
Cons
The only thing I can think of that I wish GreenRope would do is sometimes open the desired page/data faster. But honestly, that might just be an issue with my system and not necessarily a GreenRope issue.
