The layout works perfectly for keeping all my clients organized in one central location instead of having everything scattered across endless email. Besides that, clients can easily access their past audits and reports, plus book monthly calls or get support when needed. I'm updating it daily with client resources and it's definitely streamlined customer support for everyone involved.

I can handle all my CRM, sales processes, proposals, invoicing, payments and project management from a single platform, perfect for small or expanding service businesses. The team consistently listens to feedback and keeps improving the software, and on top of that there customer support is responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
I haven't found any issues so far and I can tell they're actively working on updates and improvements which looks promising for whats coming next.

I really appreciate how this serves as a complete business toolkit from contract signing to recurring invoices, I don't need multiple subscriptions anymore since everything's included and it keeps getting better.
Cons
When setting up customer profiles there are way too many required fields that need to be completed. For smaller clients, I usually dont have access to all that detailed information honestly, just an email address, first name and last name should be sufficient. The invoicing process could also use some work since it takes longer than I'd like to get bills sent out to customers.

As an IT consultant specializing in CRM and ERP for small to medium businesses, I've find this to be an excellent value solution. The customer and contact management works really well and project management with clearly defined tasks makes everything organized. Time tracking feels appropriate for our needs and invoice generation that incorporates expenses is handled nicely tbh what really sets this apart is the integrated customer portal that's controlled directly within the application and this feature separates it from other market options. Their customer support has been very responsive when we've needed help. The customer flow through projects, tasks, time tracking and simple recurring invoicing works smoothly. I appreciate how customizable the invoices are, both in content and format. The mobile app is also handy for day to day work
Cons
The dashboards could definitely use some work and feel limited in what they can show.

The quote signing feature is awesome and I really like how billing and expense tracking work together so smoothly. CRM customization lets me adjust everything to fit my workflow and the pricing is very competitive compared to other options. Customer service is quick to respond whenever I need help moreove the calendar and email sync with Outlook saves me a ton of time and the bank sync for expenses is a total game changer. Being able to give my accountant direct access to invoices and expenses has made our collaboration so much easier. On top of it, creating customizable client spaces where they can upload documents and share files has completely transformed how we work together.
Cons
The expense validation feature isnt quite there yet. Customizing text options feels pretty restricted. It doesnt sync with my Outlook contacts which is frustrating.

Im absolutely amazed by how quickly they roll out improvements. Working in SaaS myself, I know how rare it is to see feedback implemented this fast and its genuinely impressive. I can't count how many times Ive thought "it would be great if this feature existed" only to log in the next day and find its already there in the latest update. Beyond the rapid development, it's been very helpful for tracking where each client stands, particularly with project phases and billing status. The dashboard gives me everything I need at a glance and sending updates or reminders to clients is very simple. This tool has genuinely transformed how I run my business.
Cons
The app can lag at times. I'll tap something and nothing happens, then tap again and it works. These quirky response issues pop up occasionally, though they don't usually stop me from getting my work done.

Pros
Managing my 70+ tax clients has become easy with this platform. I used to struggle with using separate tools for workflow, signing, time tracking and invoicing but now everything is in one place. The ability to upload client files directly from dropbox and google drive without any extra charges is a big plus! unlike many competitors who focus on short term projects like event planning, this platform works great for ongoing service and consulting. The support team is amazing, the pricing is fair and the integrations actually work as expected. With the recent addition of smartdocs, I can finally cancel several other services I was paying for.
Cons
Its still developing with weekly feature rollouts which pushes me to stay more organized. I really wish the import functionality was more reliable and Im optimistic it'll get better.

I find this platform really easy to pick up and its been a game changer for managing my client relationships. Working as a dog behavior professional, I've been using the account feature to organize each dog I work with while keeping everything connected to their owners.The client portals have been very useful! Being able to create templates for new clients has saved me tons of time and I'm currently developing behavior specific templates so all my handouts, links and resources are automatically ready to go. Thier support has been outstanding whenever I have a question, they respond almost immediately. The only minor delay is due to time zone differences since I'm in the US and they're based in the UK. The pricing structure is definitely friendly for small businesses like mine.
Cons
I've had to find workarounds for some missing functionality, though the team knows about these gaps and stays really responsive. They roll out new features pretty regularly, so I'm confident these issues will get sorted eventually. Two main things I'm hoping for, first, Id love to see built-in scheduling instead of relying on Calendly which feels pretty limited. Second, managing client chatroom messages could definitely be more organised, right now it's clunky to track and respond to everything.
