I've been working with this platform for a few years now and it makes finding volunteers pretty easy.

Cons

Building lists gets frustrating when the integration from EveryAction takes forever to process.

The mass texting feature is incredibly fast and I can send out messages in just minutes and still make each one feel personal.

Cons

The only thing I'd change is not having to click Send each time and pretty minor complaint though.

I love how this makes staying in touch with constituents so simple, no need to tie up personal phones. It's been a fantastic tool for getting volunteers involved too.

The search function for finding old conversations is pretty frustrating. You have to remember the exact name to locate anything which isn't always practical when you're trying to track down a specific chat.

“Decent texting platform with room to grow

The texting feature is really flexible for my volunteers to figure out. they can jump right in without much explanation needed.

Cons

The reporting features could really use some work and I can't pull the data I actually need. Another thing that bugs me is how it automatically changes phone numbers I enter into routing numbers which defeats the purpose when I'm trying to get people to call their legislators directly. Plus messages don't send in the right order and end up scattered across multiple texts which is frustrating.

I find it very user friendly and getting new team members up to speed is very easy. The customer support team responds quickly when we need help. Compared to other peer-to-peer texting solutions we've tried, this one definitely comes out ahead.

Being a startup, they can be sluggish when it comes to addressing bugs and issues.

I can blast through my contact list incredibly quickly. Texting thousands of people takes just minutes and it's seriously fast.

Cons

The pricing is higher compared to other messaging platforms we've looked at. One frustrating limitation is that you cant set up and complete goals within the same browser session and it requires switching around. We've run into problems when trying to include links in our messages and the character limit sometimes feels restrictive when I'm trying to communicate detailed information.

I can send bulk messages to huge groups in no time with this platform. Working as a team is amazing and handling replies feels smooth and efficient. The whole experience is user-friendly and it definitely outpaces other messaging tools when it comes to speed.

Cons

The cost is higher compared to other messaging platforms and setting up goals can be really annoying. You need to open a separate browser window to create a goal while working on it simultaneously which is inconvenient. There's also a character limit that restricts how much content you can include and full links won't fit in messages either.

It's perfect for our grassroots political campaign. Setting up text campaigns was simple, volunteers could navigate the interface without any trouble and the admin support team was really fantastic.

Cons

The cost is definitely very high and it's among the priciest options out there for this type of platform.

“Smooth sailing after initial setup

Pros

I love how simple it makes setting up text campaigns and getting volunteers onboard. With email becoming less effective for outreach and fundraising and people barely answering their phones anymore, texting has become essential. People are getting more comfortable with campaign texts, so there's way less awkwardness than before.

Cons

The delegation system very rigid and you're stuck with either first come first served or equal distribution once you start a campaign and I couldn't figure out how to switch approaches mid-way or reassign leads from one person to another. Getting a campaign into a second round was also confusing and even if these features exist, they're definitely not easy to find.
