I feel like it may feel a bit overwhelming at first but the more you use it, the easier it becomes to understand.

ICS Flow helps us track performance effectively. Plus the drill-down feature has been proven invaluable in pinpointing essential processes and eliminating the unnecessary ones.

Cons

The export feature is great but it would be better if I could customize the exports. As sometimes I do not need certain fields and would prefer to customize the reports.
