I like how clear everything is when I'm working with it and the way it connects different departments makes collaboration so much smoother. Decision making has become way more efficient since we started using this system.
Cons

“Amazing ASM Management Solution
Pros
I find the sales tracking capabilities amazing and I really appreciate how smoothly transfer orders get processed. Setting up regional targets is easy and our reps seem genuinely happy with how everything works.

“Excellent CRM for Medical Sales Teams
Pros
After trying out numerous CRM options, this one really stood out as the most user friendly and perfectly suited for our medical device distribution business. It honestly has amazing functionality with various modules and features, yet it's simple enough for our sales team to use without any complaints. The Tasks, Warehouse and Orders sections are particularly impressive and they feel tailor made for our needs. Our team also relies heavily on the Planner feature which makes organizing daily tasks and tracking customer followups super efficient. What really impressed me though, are the reporting capabilities. These arent just basic charts and they offer deep insights into our entire sales operation. I can quickly identify areas that need attention each day thanks to the detailed analytics it provides. The implementation experience was excellent as well. Their IT and support team went above and beyond to ensure everything integrated smoothly and even after going live, their support has been outstanding.
Cons
The first few days can be overwhelming for non tech users since some of the more advanced features aren't immediately obvious. Our whole team picked it up pretty quickly just a few people needed extra time to get comfortable with everything.

I can quickly pull up any client information whenever I need it. The dashboard under the institution tab is really helpful for tracking sales data at individual pharmacy locations.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind that I'd want to change. Im really happy with how everything works.
