Marketing automation tools

Pros

I absolutely love how this tool connects with various channels like Google Ads and Facebook. It's incredibly helpful because I can easily monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and operations in one place. The ability to evaluate the actions I need to take based on this data has been a game changer for us. The automation and lead management features really save us time, and the dashboards and reports are so flexible especially the cost dashboard. It's nice to have everything laid out so clearly. Plus, the Call Center Dashboard is a great addition that helps track everything in real time, ensuring we never miss a beat.

All-in-One, But Underused

Pros

Having everything I need all in one place is such a relief. It makes things so much easier whether I'm managing tasks, tracking progress or making decisions.

Cons

I haven't been able to use it to its full potential because of time constraints and other factors.

Favorite tool from InConcert

Pros

The fact that this solution can solve so many of our operational needs in such a simple way is amazing. There's no need for complicated workarounds or fancy technical skills.

Cons

The integration with Inconnect could be better. Also the reports between them don't provide enough information. Plus, the page and email layout aren't great and often cause errors, so we end up doing the layout externally.

Fast Updates, Slow Support Response

Pros

One of the things I really like about this solution is how quickly it's developed. The speed at which they roll out updates and improvements is impressive which really helps keep everything fresh and up to date.

Cons

I've noticed some delays when it comes to addressing incidents and requests.

Pros

The digital lead capture capabilities are fantastic. It's great how leads are captured efficiently and the quality of the leads returned to suppliers is top notch. It ensures that we're working with high quality prospects which has been incredibly beneficial for our business.

Cons

It can take a while for users to get the hang of all the tools.
