Perfect CRM for our business

Pros

Initiative CRM helps manage all the business data including creating quotes, invoices and delivery slips, as well as many other functions we never imagined we could use within the CRM. We used to rely heavily on Excel before implementing this CRM and now we realize how many mistakes were being made on Excel which is not very professional from an accounting perspective. So I would say definitely go for it.

Cons

Everything is perfect. As we have not had any issues with the CRM, the customer service is excellent and the team is fantastic.

Top-notch product and features

Pros

The way quotes, delivery slips and invoices are displayed is perfect. Also it keeps track of active quotes and payment follow-ups. What really stands out is the excellent customer support as they are quick to respond and always provide us the best help.

Cons

We wished we could generate SEPA direct debit files.

Pros

Creating quotes from a product catalog is easy. We can also invoice easily after a quote is validated, automate invoicing and reminders and receive customized support for setup. Plus the dashboard helps us monitor our key metrics daily.

Cons

At the moment we do not have the ability to create training agreements or manage attendance sheets as a training organization.

Pros

Initiative CRM offers great tracking features. It saves time, the customization options are excellent and it is simple to manage invoices, quotes and orders. We can also attach emails to customer accounts and the history tracking is well designed. Plus customer support is highly responsive.

Cons

I have not found any problems so far.
