Team make work so much easier

Pros

Inline CRM centralizes everything in one place. Before it we had two separate CRMs, one for managing leads and another for rating and payment processing. But now having everything in one program makes it simpler for users and gives us access to reports that we did not have before.

Cons

The thing I like the most is also what I like the least such as reporting. Its reporting is extremely flexible which means the possibilities are endless but it also makes it more complex. The good thing is that the support team is outstanding.

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and provides all the essential tools needed to run a successful business. The time clock features, detailed reports, payroll calculations and marketing insights are all readily available and very thorough. Plus the claim information added to the customer file is also incredibly helpful for our team.

Cons

We do not have any issues to mention. We absolutely love the software. Whenever we face any issues the support team resolves them in no time.

Provides the best support

Pros

Inline CRM is fairly easy to use and is filled with helpful information. Plus it has a simple interface that makes it easy to navigate and we can easily customize reports to fit our needs.

Cons

There is a lot to learn but the good thing is that it is packed with valuable information.

All in one tool

Pros

One thing I like the most is to have all of a customers details in one program.

Cons

The one downside is that we cannot edit notes once they are saved.

Simply superb

Pros

It is a system that is both easy to use and very powerful like designed to meet our specific needs. Plus it provides a range of reporting options, payroll features and the ability to integrate with other tools making it a great fit for our business.

Cons

Any minor issues we have had were on our side but its support team was quick to help us resolve them.

Pros

Inline CRM is very user-friendly and the support team is both strong and dependable as they are always ready to assist us when needed.

Go for it you won't regret it

Pros

Everything about it is pretty good. I would say the layout is something you really have to try for yourself to fully understand and appreciate how great it is.

Cons

It took me a bit of time to figure out how to create email templates.

Highly recommended

Pros

Before using Inline we had to rely on two CRMs to handle our daily tasks. It streamlined many of our processes not only simplifying everything but also helping us save money.

Cons

We have not come across any real cons just the typical challenge of getting used to a new program. However the support team has been outstanding throughout that learning process.
