“The most powerful tool with outstanding support
Pros
The customer service here is absolutely incredible whenever I reach out, I get quick responses and genuinely feel like they're listening. What really impressed me though is how comprehensive the CRM features are. The automation handles so much of our workflow, the reporting gives us all the insights we need and being able to check borrower status updates on my phone through the mobile app is a game changer.
Cons
I really like the Agent Connect concept but it needs some refinement. Once those rough edges get smoothed out, this could be a perfect 10.

“Solid CRM with room for improvement
Pros
I've been with this CRM since it launched, and it's become essential for my mortgage business. Managing leads feels easy and nurturing contacts has never been smoother. What really stands out is how customizable everything is. I can tailor it exactly to how I work. The interface is interactive to navigate, making daily tasks much faster plus their customer service team deserves special mention too and they're always there when you need them and respond incredibly quickly. For anyone in mortgage lending looking to streamline lead management, this is the tool you want.
Cons
The market moves so fast that staying current can be challenging. While this platform does add new features and improvements to help with sales and client management, sometimes it feels like your constantly playing catch up with all the changes happening in the industry.

“Constantly improving platform
Pros
The lead management and report building features work great for our loan originator moreover the interface makes organizing leads and loans easy and as an admin, I've created tons of custom reports that our team actually uses. When they log in, everything they need is right there. Customer support really stands out and they respond fast and always find solutions even if it means developing something specifically for us.
Cons
Occasionally I notice some glitches but it typically clears up within a few hours and doesn't happen often.

“Quick support and smooth Integration!
Pros
There are tons of features included in the price which makes it great value. They roll out updates every quarter and support is really quick when issues come up. We've connected it with several other systems without any issues and the integration works smoothly. Since we're constantly switching lead providers and testing new ones, being able to set up campaigns, groups, routing and status tracking so easily has been key to our success. I check the Marketing Report and Sales Manager every day and it gives me a quick overview of how our LOs and marketing are performing.
Cons
The pipeline view shows every lead when I'm only focused on one which feels unnecessary and takes up way too much screen space. I'd prefer to see just the current lead I'm working on instead of the entire pipeline cluttering the display.

“Great Partnership Experience
Pros
Switching from our old CRM to this platform was exactly what I needed. The old system had been outdated for years with no updates or improvements, so we weren't making any progress. The transition was tough especially for our mortgage company and call center and our agents had some complaints at first. But once we got through the usual adjustment period, the team really embraced it and now depends on it a lot. One of the best parts was combining several vendor solutions into one platform which made managing our tech much easier. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
Cons
It can take time for development requests to be implemented but I guess that's pretty normal with most platforms. What I really like is how clearly they share their roadmap, you always know what features are coming next and stay in the loop.

“Budget friendly yet powerful system
Pros
The pricing fits perfectly for our team size and we're getting great value for the money. Setting up campaigns and linking everything with our LOS and other platforms has made a huge difference, now leads from our branches are shared instantly, so our Loan Officers can reach out to members right away and sometimes even right after they've left the branch. The digital tools also help us connect quickly with both our current members and new prospects which has really helped us grow.
Cons
The dialing feature works well and I appreciate that conversations get recorded but we really need an auto dialer for handling large campaigns more efficiently.

“My top CRM choice so far
Pros
I rely on this platform daily for managing leads and referral partners. What I appreciate most is how clean and simple everything feels, there's none of the overwhelming clutter you get with most CRMs. All my lead information sits on one page where I can easily find what I need. Same goes for referral partner data and it's organized on a single page without unnecessary noise. This simplicity makes it incredibly easy to learn from scratch unlike other CRMs I've tried that scatter features everywhere. The integrations work smoothly and the referral partner tracking is fantastic for seeing exactly who's sending which customers my way. Honestly, it's among the best CRMs I've worked with.
Cons
I really can't find many downsides to this platform. Whenever we've brought up concerns or suggestions, the team reviews them with us and implements fixes or adjustments surprisingly fast.

“I simply love it!
Pros
According to my personal experience i feel like it offers capabilities that other systems simply don't have. Their team has been incredible at helping us tailor the platform to match our business processes and communication needs with partners and clients. It's simple to use and has become an essential part of our daily workflow. we're using it constantly throughout the day. The Encompass integration works flawlessly without any hiccups. Getting everything set up to match our business model went smoothly and their implementation team provided tremendous support every step of the way. Whenever we have questions, the customer support team responds quickly and efficiently.
Cons
The setup process was very engthy but now that we've got everything configured, it's been running without any issues.
