Honestly� the cost. I understand why it is the way it is but I'll always wish for something more affordable.

I lost a lot of business this past month because the Boomtown system wasn't working for weeks. It's pretty unheard of nowadays for it to take so long to get fixed.

Boomtown is full service! I enjoy the smart CRM with drips that pause when a lead shows interest. The PPC lead campaign is a must for both agent recruitment and retention.

Not being able to merge or delete leads is a downside. I also don't like that I can't custom-create reports like I can in Brokermint.

To start a website quickly and easily is fantastic only possible with this tool. Also its integration is seamless.

I love all the CRM functions especially the ability to see what customers are looking at in real-time. It also makes updating my website so easy.

Tracking of client activity is nice but every other CRM do this well.

The backend (CRM) is painfully slow. They prevent client emails from hitting your inbox and only let them hit the CRM inbox, which is buggy and often doesn't display links clients try to send. At the time of writing this review, Boomtown has been down for two days and completely unusable. This means I can't connect with clients via email because Boomtown hijacks their emails and puts them into the CRM, which has been down. I've used other similar products and they don't block emails from hitting your inbox, which doesn't affect deliverability rates.
