“Excellent Support & Service
Pros
The support team has been amazing and they really give me their full attention. What stands out most is how flexible the platform is. They've customized several things to fit our business needs perfectly. Anytime I've reached out, customer service responds fast and genuinely seems to care about helping. The help ticket system works smoothly with no hassle at all. I've asked for a bunch of changes beyond the standard settings and they've always done their best to make it happen. I also really appreciate the admin controls, they make it easy to manage different permission levels. This platform clearly puts flexibility and efficiency first and working with their back office team has been a great experience.
Cons
I can't connect my personal email account like I can with other CRMs which is frustrating.

“Essential for our daily operations
Pros
It has completely transformed how we handle client data and stay compliant with IRS and state tax requirements. The wide-ranging functionality makes it perfect for maximizing revenue, and I'm constantly impressed by what it can do. Their support team is very friendly and always responds quickly and they really go above and beyond to ensure our processes run smoothly.
Cons
The API feels very restricted since you can't update existing data in the system which has forced us to create workarounds for basic functionality.

“Very portable solution
Pros
Once I got the hang of how everything works, it's been really solid. This tool handles all our CRM needs perfectly while being cloud based, so I can access it from anywhere.
Cons
The interface is a bit awkward at first and kind of hard to use, but you do get used to it over time. What really frustrates me is that we can't customize some parts of the forms ourselves. It would be much easier if we had full control so we could make changes whenever we need to, instead of having to contact customer support every time.

“really cool product
Pros
I really like how this covers everything I need for client and management tasks, plus so much more. The pricing is reasonable and the support team is absolutely fantastic! My firm has built a great partnership with it, that I know will continue long-term. The features and support quality really stand out.
Cons
Nothing really bothers me about it. When something does come up, the support team gets back to me super quick. Really happy I found this tool.

“Decent but missing key tools
Pros
The payment processing feature makes it really easy to handle transactions and set up billing schedules.
Cons
The functionality is very limited when you're trying to scale with a growing client base. It's missing quite a few basic CRM features that you'd expect to have.

“Smart Tax Management Solution
Pros
I honestly thought this was lacking at first but after using it extensively, I've come to realize it's incredibly comprehensive and has everything I need.
Cons
The fax feature is terrible, sometimes messages just don't go through and I have no idea what's causing it. Occasionally the whole system goes down for a bit and we end up losing potential deals since we rely on this for everything. Despite these issues, I still really like using it.
