The component based templating system made building partner portals incredibly fast and easy. What really impressed me was how flexible everything is and I could customize things to match our brand perfectly, something we couldn't do with other solutions we'd tried before. Their support team was absolutely fantastic during implementation. Even when we had internal delays on our side, they showed amazing patience and were always ready to help. I felt like a priority throughout the entire process. When we needed features that weren't available out-of-the-box, they actually developed custom components for us.If you have web development experience, you can get this running in under a month. That means your partner platform can be live and driving channel growth really quickly. Their commitment to making clients successful, plus their proactive problem-solving approach, makes them stand out in this space.
Cons
The Salesforce integration process took more time than we expected and it's difficult to use. However, some improvements to the user interface could easily resolve that. Despite these small challenges, it has proven to be a solid choice for partner engagement.

Pros
The best part about using this tool is whenever we run into problems or need clarification, the support team responds right away and explains everything in terms that are easy to understand.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is adding resolution specs when uploading banners and thumbnails, It would help us create graphics that fit perfectly instead of guessing the dimensions.

Cons

I'm really impressed with how interactive this platform is. I was able to pick it up quickly with little training and it's flexible enough to meet all of our different channel marketing needs. Since I work with data regularly, I especially love how easy it is to upload CSV files and map them to the right data series using the configuration settings.
Cons
Customizing report formats and configurations for my data analytics work is complicated. I usually end up having to contact support to get everything set up the way I need it.

Cons
Sometimes we miss out on new features because the training materials don't keep up with all the updates they're rolling out, so we dont always know about improvements that could help us work more efficiently.

Pros
It covers everything I need, learning modules, communication tools, workflow management, claims processing. The fact that it's extensible is a huge plus too.
Cons
I wish there was better API documentation available and it would be great if unit testing my own code was more easy.

Pros
The customer service here is absolutely fantastic, even though we're a small business, we get treated just like the big clients. Whenever we need help, whether it's jumping on calls with our customers or brainstorming design ideas, they're right there with us. What I really appreciate is how easy everything is to set up, most things can be done with simple drag and drop functionality.
Cons
I really can't find much to complain about. The only thing I'd change is having more control over what details appear on invoices. It would be nice to customize that section further.
