“Excellent Ticketing Solution for IT Teams
Pros
I'm impressed by how user friendly this is despite having tons of detailed options available. The developers really nailed the balance between simplicity and comprehensive functionality. Our team can knock out tickets super fast and I can easily monitor the billable hours and flat rate work that matters most.
Cons
The reporting features are pretty limited when it comes to tracking my team's preformance and there API restrictions make it tough to integrate with external reporting tools we'd like to use.

Pros
I can easily create tickets and track billable hours, plus the invoicing details flow seamlessly into Xero which saves me tons of time.
Cons
It can be tricky to locate specific settings like tax configurations.

“Streamlines MSP Ticketing Operations
Pros
Managing client tickets through email or the system tray icon works smoothly and my entire team finds the interface simple to use. The wealth of additional features keeps surprising me as we gradually incorporate them into our daily workflows and the value they bring is incredible.
Cons
The quotation process feels clunky and involves more steps than necessary. Streamlining these features would definitely help the team get more value from the system.

Pros
I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the support team is and they're genuinely kind when you reach out. The pricing is much more reasonable compared to what we were paying for ConnectWise before. Plus, they already integrate with most of the vendors we work with which made the transition smoother.
Cons
Fixing invoice problems is a real pain. if I need to make any changes, I have to void the whole thing and rebuild it from scratch which is frustrating. I've already sent in feature requests about this issue. The reporting tools are also pretty difficult to configure, so we end up not using them as much as we'd like to.

“Helpful ticket management solution
Pros
Handling our tickets and customizing workflow automations is much more simple than I expected. Coming from a less interactive and outdated system, this has been a huge improvement for our team.
Cons
I didn't find much to complain about, though I wish we could make certain fields mandatory in the client portal tickets since our workflows really need all that information filled out. Apart from that minor issue, everything works well

Pros
I haven't found anything that matches how easily this handles the detailed oversight required for running an MSP successfully. Sure, other products can get the job done but none with the same intuitive design or cost-effectiveness.
Cons
Nothing negative comes to my mind, any minor issues from years ago have been resolved and the system runs smoothly now.
