I appreciate how this gives me complete solutions built specifically for Windows systems. Having task management and quotes all integrated into one CRM platform really streamlines my workflow.

Cons

Their support isn't available around the clock which can be frustrating when issues come up outside business hours.

The interface is really smooth. I appreciate features like contact management, the mailbox system and how it handles events and tasks.

Cons

The pricing isn't transparent since it depends on which features you want which makes budgeting tricky. Also this isn't really a complete CRM solution, so you might need additional tools for that.
