Best CRM

Pros

Ever since we integrated Leadsquared into our business we've been able to track all types of lead sources giving us deeper insights into which channels are more effective. With the activity notes feature in Leadsquared CRM we're able to track all followup communications with leads which in turn helps us improve our lead nurturing process and increase conversions. Lastly we'd like to acknowledge the highly responsive and friendly customer support team who've been a great help both via email and phone.

Cons

The Leadsquared tracking script is useful for tracing lead sources such as paid organic and referrals as well as tracking CTA. However since our landing pages are created using coding languages adding the tracking code to the body section of each landing page is timeconsuming requiring a developer's assistance. To save time I request that Leadsquared's team create a tracking script that can be inserted solely into the header section of the landing page similar to Google Analytics.
