“Very user friendly tool
Pros
It works well for what I need and I appreciate that I can add custom filters and navigation elements when necessary. I find it very simple to pick up and start using.
Cons
The pricing is high for what you get and the developers seem to make things more complicated than they need to be.

“Great Interface!!
Pros
I really appreciate how easy it is to use and the interface feels friendly, right from the beginning. It's been fantastic for prospecting work and having all our company data integrated in one place makes everything flow smoothly. Creating newsletters has become easy as well.
Cons
The pricing has gotten too expensive for smaller businesses like ours with just 1-2 users. We originally picked this because it was simple and affordable. Now we're paying for all these fancy new features we don't even need or want. I really wish they'd bring back a basic version for small companies, fewer bells and whistles but at the old lower price point. I used to pay 139 kr per user monthly and that even included newsletter functionality.

“Efficient Solution for Business Management
Pros
I can track my progress through each step of the process which helps me stay organized. The reminder feature is great for setting notes about what needs to be done and when to follow up.
Cons
I don't really utilize the client directory feature for prospecting new business.

“Solid features with high cost
Pros
I found it really user friendly and picked it up quickly. The learning curve is pretty minimal which made getting started much smoother than expected.
Cons
The cost is just too high for our small business budget.
