“Frustrating software with major issues
Pros
It shows a lot of potential and has some strong core features that could be really helpful once fully developed.
Cons
I guess it was a mistake paying for a full year upfront. So many features just dont work properly. I keep getting error messages whenever I try to use basic functions. After dealing with constant issues and not being able to actually use what I paid for, I requested a refund but they refused to give me my money back.

“Best tool with room for improvement
Pros
It has become essential for my work and I really appreciate how the bulk email feature personalizes messages for each contact and it helps alot with engagement.
Cons
The biggest issue is that there's no MLS integration. I had to work around it by using my personal website instead. Also, the text registration process was pretty confusing initially and honestly if I hadn't spoken with a sales rep I probably would have canceled my subscription.

“Promising Start but Declining Quality
Pros
The texting functionality was fantastic when we first started using it and using both desktop and mobile versions felt easy. Our team picked up on how to use everything very quickly which made daily operations much smoother.
Cons
The support team is completely unhelpful despite having multiple contact options like chat, phone and tickets. I've encountered countless bugs and I can't log into the mobile site, contact status updates dont work, missing lead notifications, drip campaigns get messed up and I can't customize initial text messages. Every time I submit a ticket, they just say it's been "escalated to the development team" but never give me any timeline. I've had tickets open for almost 2 months with zero response from developers and they even close tickets without finding solutions.

“Disappointing Experience Overall
Pros
I really appreciate how the email campaigns come pre-built and ready to go and it saves me tons of setup time.
Cons
The lack of automation really frustrates me. I have to manually enter transaction details that are already in ZipForms instead of having them import automatically. The drip campaign timing is inflexible too, if I forget to set up an anniversary email and add it later, it starts from when I created it rather than the actual closing date. Their cancellation policy is pretty unfair since they make you use your entire subscription period without any refund or proration. Most features outside the drip campaigns can be handled more easily with other tools and I can even replicate the email scheduling in Gmail with formatted templates. Overall, this platform isn't as integrated or automated as I expected it to be.

“Frustrating Software with Poor Support
Pros
I can't find much to praise here. The marketing made big promises but the actual program didn't deliver and wasn't user friendly at all.
Cons
I couldn't get my Gmail to sync properly and it keeps logging me out while I'm working on things. The transaction templates are really confusing and hard to figure out.

“Terrible Software Choice After 35 Years
Pros
Their functionality quite usable when everything's running smoothly. The dialer feature really helps me knock out calls efficiently and keeps a good workflow going.
Cons
What really frustrates me is that it can't integrate with lead services like Zbuyer and Witley. I've invested thousands of hours trying to make this work but if I'd known about the incomplete transition, non-functional version 2 and poor support, I would've chosen something else. For solo agents, Wise Agent is more reliable and keeps evolving with the industry. Larger teams should definitely consider other options.

“Excellent value CRM solution
Pros
It packed with features that really help when you're juggling multiple clients and the pricing is incredibly reasonable for everything you get.
Cons
Moving from the old v.1 system was a real problem, it took forever to get everything switched over. There are still some features from the previous version that I really wish they'd bring back to this one.

“Poor Software Quality and Support
Pros
I like how clean and easy-to-use the interface is, everything is simple to use. The pricing is also quite reasonable which is a big plus when considering CRM options.
Cons
Lead importing fails for weeks at a time, leaving me with missing prospects that customer service won't help recover or refund. There's no weekend support which is when real estate agents need it the most. After years with different CRMs, this one is my least favorite. I've requested refunds multiple times but only received a $60 credit despite months of broken software. It's definitely not reliable for real estate professionals.
