The customization and simplicity of having software built for your needs, as opposed to white label products cluttered with features you never use, are great.
Cons
Periodic slow loading times on big reports... not sure there's a way around that.

“Logicbox CRM
Pros
A flexible, customized CRM program that is simple to use and supported by great customer service. The program is very efficient and can integrate with other programs, such as warehouse management. It will definitely facilitate customer communication and account management.
Cons
The software opens multiple tabs to navigate through client information. This is not a deal breaker, but I'd prefer more movement through one tab instead of opening multiple internet tabs.
