A mobile office for technicians

Pros

Logicbox is tailored to meet our specific needs in our industry. I can provide customers with resources immediately.

Cons

The software isn't very customizable. I can only upload three pictures per page and then need to open another page to upload more. It would save a lot of time if I could pick all the pictures for each job at once.

Best solution for Hosting Solution

Pros

It's a complete hosting solution to kickstart a new hosting reseller program and boost sales.

Cons

Support is a bit slow as I didn't receive a price quote after 10 days.

Logicbox

Pros

Logicbox has a simple layout. It's visually appealing and makes it simple to identify sections. I can track leads and projects swiftly. It's a great tool to keep the team updated on each task.

Cons

My only concern with Logicbox is that it can be so tailored to my company that it results in a lot of extras. Sometimes, too much of a good thing can get complicated.

Logicbox is helpful because it makes my ipad a mobile office.

Pros

I love how portable the software is across multiple platforms. I can use it on my tablet, phone, and laptop.

Cons

For my business, I input pictures for my customers and have to upload each one individually, with only three per page. Uploading 15 pictures takes at least five minutes, which seems crazy.

easy for people who aren't already familiar with this kind of software

Pros

It's so simple to use; I was using it within minutes, even though I'm not good with these programs. It's so easy to use, and I love it.

Cons

Nothing really; this software is awesome. I just wish the homepage or control panel could be a little better.

Pros

I have a good working relationship with LogicBox, and despite challenges during our platform design, it turned out to be easy to use and navigate, fitting our business needs very well. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a customized CRM experience.

Works for what it needs to work for

Pros

Pros

Accessing individual transactions, as well as viewing the entire list of transactions, is a simple and easy process.

Cons

Some fundamental entries still need to be cleaned up. For instance, while entering a transaction, if the vendor or client hasn't been entered previously, I must delete the transaction, go into the system, pre-enter the vendor information, then go back and enter the transaction. There should be a way to enter the client during the 'deal entry' process.

Logicbox Review by new user

Pros

The wide variety of filters to narrow a search. The export to Excel option is also very useful for our department's processes.

Cons

When I click on a tab, it is either very slow or I have to click multiple times to get the program to respond. I also dislike that if I open a record (like a specific schedule after searching for a customer) and hit the back arrow, it won't go back to my search. It just returns to whatever tab I'm under, typically the "Commenced" tab.

Three years of Logicbox

Pros

I've used Logicbox for the past three years to organize and track sales. The system is simple, easy to use, and leaves little to be desired.

Cons

There is a lack of options to personalize the settings, and I cannot upload multiple files simultaneously.

KBH Logicbox

Pros

I'm a new user of Logicbox. So far, it's been very simple to use, and I have no complaints.

Cons

It's not aesthetically pleasing. I use it on my iPad, and though it works well, the interface is very clunky. Most of all, I dislike the cumbersome task of loading pictures. If I have to load ten pictures for a job, it only allows me to select one at a time and only three per page, then I have to open another finding and put in three more. It shouldn't be complicated to select all of them at once and hit upload.

LogicBox CRM

Pros

We've enjoyed our relationship with Logicbox from the start. The response time and communication on requests are excellent. The folks at LogicBox work hard to understand our business and processes to better focus product development. We never hesitate to recommend LogicBox when discussing CRM.

Cons

Sometimes tracking down contact information can be a bit convoluted.

Stellar custom software developers

Pros

LogicBox not only developed a solution for us but also helped us streamline our existing workflows throughout the company.

Cons

The interface could be more intuitive. It takes a while to get used to, and if I don't input things in the right order, it erases everything and I have to start over. I use an iPad, so I don't know if it's the Apple software or Logicbox.
