We've been using the platform for our Asian QSR chain for over three years and the entire team including restaurant staff likes the app features, design and CRM tools. Another big plus is their AI-powered marketing campaigns which we've tested several times and got very good results from.
Cons
This product works especially well for restaurant chains with multiple locations. If your business only has a small number of locations you'll likely need to spend some time training your marketing team so they can be more involved with the CRM and with creating targeted promotional campaigns.
