Pros
For the first time ever, all our company data is actually in one spot and we can trust it. The level of detail and organization is impressive and it really helps us make smart business decisions moving forward. Having everything centralized like this has been a game changer for how we operate.
Cons
The reporting takes some time to figure out at first. It can feel overwhelming for new users who aren't familiar with it.

Pros
Their real-time reporting is fantastic and I really appreciate how streamlined the receiving inventory process is. The quick buttons make everything so much faster and the interface is friendly. The customer screen works great and biometric fingerprint identification adds a nice security touch. The reporting gets incredibly detailed when you need it, and I love having that skip button option. Inter-location transfers are simple and being able to access all stores without constantly logging out saves tons of time.
Cons
The GL account integration with our company isn't working which creates problems. The point of sale screens freeze up on me and the back end system also freezes when I try using the skip button. I'm dealing with balancing issues and float discrepancies that are really frustrating to sort out.
