Marvelous CRM has been great for us with its seamless integration into our existing systems, making the transition smooth. The user interface is interative and easy to use, which has really helped reduce the learning curve for new users. I also love the customizable dashboards and reporting features, it's given us valuable insights into our customer data, helping us make more informed business decisions. The automation tools have made our team more efficient, allowing us to focus more on building customer relationships instead of getting caught up in administrative tasks.
Cons
The biggest drawback for me is that the mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version. This can be inconvenient for team members who are often on the go and rely on their mobile devices to manage tasks.
