An excellent tool

Pros

It is easy to use, simple to implement and very user friendly, with many useful features we needed for everyday tasks both for the central system and the CRM.

Cons

The lack of reports in the central system is a big downside and there are occasional bugs like the platform seeming to be down or other issues. And while these are usually fixed quickly, they cause a lot of disruption in our daily operations. And even though the support team is attentive many responses are not direct or clear especially when it comes to timelines.
