The software is really easy to use and setting it up is a simple task too. It is also very affordable making it a great value for money. But what really stands out is the fantastic customer service as they are always quick to help and ensure everything runs well for us.
Cons

Pros
It is very easy to learn. Plus being a cloud-based product it has not experienced any major downtimes or disruptions to our business. My team got up to speed quickly. And it is more user friendly than Hubspot or Marketo and it costs less. This no-frills marketing automation tool fits most of my client's needs. I like it and would recommend it to small marketing teams.
Cons
Extracting data can be a real hassle. The system allows you to download basic data but it does not provide anything valuable that other marketing tools could use. Also the data download permissions process is impractical and there is very limited documentation with almost no community support.

We combined our marketing platform with our CRM system and reduced our expenses. Plus the system is powerful and allows us to carry out complex automations.
Cons
At first it is not as user-friendly as some other systems but once we get the hang of the basics we able to customize it to our needs.

Pros
Mission Suite's tools make it easy to interact with clients and prospects and follow-ups are seamless. Whats unique is their pricing model as they charge based on the number of clients we have not the number of users which sets them apart from other services.
Cons
The software assumes weare already familiar with CRM systems so there is a bit of a learning curve when figuring out how to use the features and automate certain functions.

Pros
The Mission Suite offers all the essential features that a mid sized organization needs to launch, monitor and manage marketing and demand generation campaigns. It helps our small marketing team achieve more by centralizing everything in one platform like sending emails, tracking event registrations, offering free downloads and more while also measuring effectiveness. The built-in CRM provides the necessary functions for our sales team to quickly access key information, log activities and track "hot" leads. Also their customer service is top-notch as they are always quick to respond and knowledgeable about the system.
Cons
As a long-term customer like over 2 years we have watched the platform evolve and improve. However the user interface still requires some time to learn. And though it is functional but not always user friendly and from a design standpoint, it u not the most visually appealing. Plus this might be a superficial point but many creative professionals are not tech experts and it takes a while to get comfortable with the system. While it offers a solid set of essential features we would love to see more tools added especially in areas like social media integration and ABM. It has some basic features in these areas so we hope to see further development.

The customer service at MissionSuite is pretty hands-on and responsive. Honestly we could not have made this transition without Ian's help.
Cons
Setting up and getting used to a new database and CRM system can be challenging. We are still working through a few issue but we are making progress as we go along.

Mission Suite software's price and ease of use are fantastic. And while it is not as feature packed as some others, I find it perfect for a small company like ours.
Cons
The opportunities and activities sections seem a bit repetitive. If these could be simplified I feel like it would make the CRM even more efficient and easier to use.

It is a comprehensive CRM with outstanding customer service.
Cons
Like any CRM there is a learning curve but it is manageable. Also I think the email templates could be improved to compete with Mailchimp and Constant Contact but overall it's still excellent software.

Pros
One of the things I like most about Mission Suite is the team's commitment to improving the service and customizing it to fit our companys needs. The webinars are great too. Also the software does what it is meant to do. Though I just wish there were a few more features but overall it does the job well.
Cons
I feel like it could improve its reporting features like being able to pull Excel reports for specific leads and offer more functionality for tracking the lead process including timelines and more data.
