I appreciate how easy it is to use, plus it does a fantastic job organizing and tracking my leads. The customization options really let me tailor things to my workflow. The analytics and reporting capabilities have been incredibly valuable and they've helped me make much better decisions about my sales and marketing approach.
Cons
The interface can be confusing to use and the email features definitely need some work.
