Great CRM with user-friendly features

Pros

I was surprised by how easy it was to set up this CRM. Importing our Excel data went smoothly and configuring automations and integrations was a simple process. After the import, connecting Outlook for email management was as easy as it could get. Ilove how now we can track all our conversations from one interface without hopping between different platforms.

Cons

The mass email feature I need is locked behind the pro plan, which costs way more than similar CRMs out there.

My go to tool!

Pros

This platform completely transformed how I manage my growing business. Before, I was juggling spreadsheets, notebooks and Google calendar for multiple projects - totally inefficient as things expanded. After researching tons of project management systems, this one stood out. The templates are fantastic and customization options let me tailor everything perfectly to my needs. Having everything centralized has been incredible, projects, contacts, CRM, social media planning, accounting all in one spot makes life so much easier. Starting with their templates and tweaking them works great for me. Creating my own project templates saved massive amounts of time since I just copy them and all steps plus checklists are already there. Discovering you can make checklists inside Updates was amazing, basically a checklist within a checklist! No more rewriting the same stuff repeatedly.Time tracking was crucial since other apps didn't have it. This feature helped me realize I was undercharging and provided data to justify raising my prices. The automations and integrations are excellent too, linking invoices to projects and planning multiple social media accounts across different platforms. My workflow runs much smoother now and this tool has been a total lifesaver.

Cons

It's quite difficult to use at first, Like any CRM system, it takes some time to get comfortable with all the features and workflows. I had to invest a good chunk of time upfront to really understand how everything works but honestly that's pretty standard for this type of software. The Knowledge Base is really helpful though. I can usually find what I'm looking for quickly. And when I do get stuck on something, support has always been there to help me figure it out.

Flexible software with great customization

Pros

The flexibility here is incredible - I can customize it to handle basically any business process or project we throw at it. While most CRMs are pretty rigid and only focus on prospecting, this platform goes way beyond that. I use it for customer onboarding, managing service requests, tracking internal projects, product backlogs, documentation. The automation features are solid and the email sync with Gmail and Outlook works seamlessly without needing any plugins or workarounds.

Cons

The mass email limit of 500 recipients is really frustrating when you need to reach more customers. The built-in email templates look pretty basic, so we ended up having to buy an add-on just to create professional-looking emails.

Powerful but needs better organization

Pros

I really appreciate how flexible it is and you can customize almost everything to fit exactly what your business needs. Being able to create documents and boards right within the workspace is a nice bonus that helps keep everything organized in one place.

Cons

The customization options can actually work against you sometimes, everything's so flexible that it gets confusing to figure out the best structure. I've run into issues where automations just stop working for no clear reason which is really frustrating when your trying to maintain workflow consistency. The biggest headache comes when duplicating boards, the connections between them get all mixed up and sometimes there's no way to fix it except starting over completely. It lacks that clear framework you'd expect from a proper CRM system.

Streamlined Customer Management and Follow-up

Pros

The interface is incredibly user-friendly and clean. Those dashboards look fantastic and I can visualize my data however I want, charts, tables, timelines.The automation features are like magic, no more repetitive tasks for me! Reminders, automatic updates and emails all happen without me lifting a finger.Integration capabilities are outstanding. I can connect Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook Ads, basically whatever I need stays right within the platform. These dashboards give me a complete view of my sales funnel and preformance data in one place and it's like having a command center where I dont miss any detail of the sales cycle. Plus, automation helps me stay way more productive. Implementation was simple and it's built for heavy use, adapting quickly to my existing processes. That's why I use it constantly. Customer support is also exceptional when I have questions.

Cons

Previously, getting WhatsApp to work directly with this CRM was pretty frustrating but they've finally made it possible through new tools and custom APIs. Now I can automate messages and follow ups while keeping all conversations right in the platform. It's really taken my customer management to another level!

Perfect for Compatible Email Systems

Pros

Setting up this tool was easy and rolled out smoothly across our different departments. Since we were already using Monday Workspace as part of our daily workflow, adding the CRM felt like a natural extension when it launched. Onboarding various teams with their unique requirements went pretty seamlessly. The forms integration combined with Zapier lets us accomplish almost everything we need it to handle.

Cons

The CRM features feel limited compared to other options out there and you really need Gmail or Microsoft accounts to make it work properly. Since we didnt have those email setups, alot of the CRM functionality we wanted just wasn't that helpful. I'm sure it would be much better if you have the right email integration but that wasn't our situation.

Efficient and complete solution

Pros

The automation features and FAQ section are absolute game changers for our daily operations, weve managed to slash the time needed for tasks and projects which is huge for productivity. Whenever i feel lost or need guidance, both the FAQ database and live chat support come through perfectly. These tools have transformed our workflow into something smooth and way less stressful.

Cons

It's not user friendly, even though they give you plenty of resources to figure out specific functions, you really need to block out time to understand how everything works together.

Flexible and Attractive interface!

Pros

The way it adapts to our sales process is fantastic and I can customize workflows instead of being stuck with rigid structures. The visual interface makes it easy for our team to see where deals stand at a glance plus having built in communication and automation features saves us tons of time and the real time analytics really help guide my decisions. Besides thaat, onboarding new team members is easy which keeps everyone aligned and productive.

Cons

The 25k automation limit on our pro plan is usually plenty but when we switched from Work Management to CRM, we really needed more. There's no add on option to go beyond the limit, so we ended up doing tons of manual work after hours to make sure everything transferred without burning through our automation allowance.

Prompt support and reliable platform

Pros

The customer service is really quick to respond and always helpful when I reach out. I also really appreciate the non profit discount they offer. The customization options allow me to set everything up exactly how our workflow requires. Other than that, the dashboards provide a clear view of everything all in one place.

Cons

The loading can be slow sometimes, though it's not a huge deal. I wish searching would automatically be global instead of making me manually select fields every time. There really should be an easier way to convert sales processes from the CRM side to project delivery. Also, when I hover over the comment bubble showing update counts, I'd love to see the latest update right there rather than having to click through to the updates tab that extra step isn't very efficient. One more thing, it would be great if we could add multiple contacts per company in each deal or at least have a main contact and an operational one.

Great potential but needs work

Pros

The interface looks fantastic and works really well visually. I appreciate how customizable everything is.

Cons

Some basic CRM features that ideally work out of the box either need custom development or just aren't working at all. The calendar integration is the worst offender when I have a meeting with for eg "John Smith" on my calendar, it should automatically link to his contact record since his email is on the invite and create an activity entry. Instead, it just pulls in the event as a standalone item without making any connections. If they could sort out this issue and a few others like it, this could be a really solid CRM solution.

Outstanding ERP and CRM Solution

Pros

I'm a huge fan of systems that make life easier rather than complicate things. I discovered this platform in 2023 when we were struggling with data organization and process management. After implementing and developing all our boards, our company reached an extraordinary new level and its now an essential part of our daily operations. Customer support has been fantastic, always available to resolve any questions or issues. The integration with other software is amazing and very easy to set up.

Cons

A few downsides I've noticed are that certain tools take way too long to arrive on the platform like the sales funnel feature took literally forever to get implemented. Plus there are still some bugs floating around that need fixing.
