“Flexible and user-friendly CRM
Pros
I love that I can tweak the CRM and add new things whenever I want. It's not rigid at all. It's super user-friendly and I can add new tools in a snap.
Cons
I can't think of a single thing. It's been a joy to work with.

Pros
It literally has everything we need. And these new Marketing ROI reports? A total game-changer. I save so much time now because I can see in seconds what's actually working and what's not.
Cons
Sometimes, because of the time zone difference, minor issues can't be fixed right away. But they're always handled first thing in the morning their time, which is great.

“adapts to your workflow
Pros
The best part is that it bends to fit how I work, I don't have to change how I work to fit the software.
Cons
You know what I like least? When I have a problem and get all frustrated, I'll take a break, come back and then realize the software already had a built-in solution. It's almost annoying how it's already solved all my problems before I can even complain to tech support!

Sometimes, really critical features for sales, marketing and dispatch just stop working which can really disrupt our smooth operations.

Pros
I have a feeling the live chat feature with customers is going to be a big hit. These days, especially with younger clients, everyone just wants to text or email. Also, the shared calendar that lets us assign trucks and crews to jobs is awesome, everyone knows the plan for the day before they even start.
Cons
Getting started wasn't as easy as I hoped, there are a lot of steps to get some things set up. Having said that, the Movegistics team's response has been terrific. They're very supportive.

“Comprehensive and easy to train
Pros
We've tried a bunch of CRMs over the years and this is the first one where we don't have to fight the system or find clumsy workarounds. This thing just does it all, and we mean all of it. It's a breeze to use and to train new staff on. Whether you're a one-person show or a huge company, this can handle it. Local, international, military moves, you name it. It's worth every single penny.
Cons
As with any software, you run into a few bugs or little setup mistakes now and then. But the Movegistics team is on it, they get things handled super fast. Their customer service is fantastic!
