“Seriously awesome CRM

Pros

This is a seriously awesome moving CRM! It made managing our leads and sales so much smoother and their customer service is top-notch. It's way more advanced than other systems we've tried. I won't lie, it took us a little while to get the hang of it but we are so glad we made the switch. It's perfect for our business and helps us manage all our different channels, funnels and pipelines. Its really helping us take our business to new heights.

Cons

I wish there was a mobile app but the desktop version is so easy to use that it's not a huge deal.

Choosing it was one of the best decisions we've ever made for our business! We've had experiences with other companies where the customer service vanished after we signed up but that's never happened with this team. For the past 8 years, they've consistently given us exceptional support and training. Since we started using it, our sales conversion rate has gotten so much better. Thank you!

Cons

Nothing! For the price, it's by far the best we've found. With all the constant improvements and new features, it's still the best value for our money. I can't even imagine doing business without it now.

Great experience! We've used this platform for over 7 years. It lets us quote, book and dispatch jobs remotely and the whole team gets live updates to the schedule.

We looked at and tried so many different moving software systems before we chose this one. I am SOOO happy we did! The new version is so flexible and simple. We've always been able to adjust the settings to fit exactly what we need. This thing is adaptable and I am very happy with my investment.

It's a really friendly and adaptable CRM that's made just for the moving industry. It's personalized for all the core moving activities which makes it super effective and easy to use. I've been using it for over 12 years and the customer service has always been excellent. You get a lot for your money and the value is outstanding. Highly recommend.

My favorite thing about this software is how it brings everything together. Our customers, documents, scheduling and vendors are all in one system. It's a true one-stop tool that has made us so much more efficient by having everything in one place. The support team is always quick to respond and very effective. I highly recommend it.

I've been a customer for about seven years and it's easily one of the best business decisions I've ever made. Before this, I was using Word documents to send estimates and had no good way to track calls, manage move details or send professional estimates. It changed all that and more. With advanced estimating tools and customizable templates, every feature has streamlined our operations and boosted our bottom line. I have tried many CRMs, and this one is by far the best I've ever seen. The support team, David, Jay and Sandy are all exceptional. I highly recommend this to anyone in the moving industry.

This is the best software I've found for managing my complex moving business. The variety of features and customizations are incredible and they're constantly adding new ones while actually listening to our feedback. Our operations are far more complex than the average moving company, so if it works for us, I can't imagine it not being the best for others. Their support and onboarding services are truly state-of-the-art.

There was literally nothing to dislike about Movegistics. I have zero complaints. The company was always super responsive, they actually understand the moving industry and they were professional and excellent to deal with. They even recorded our training sessions for us to go back to and it was exceptionally well done.

It is great value for the money. I really love the forward thinking by the management team, they're always making constant improvements and customizations. Having an all-in-one software that has a CRM, dispatching, invoicing and job costing is a real plus for us.

Cons

It definitely takes some time to learn but once you get the hang of it, it works great! At first, some parts can seem confusing but that's only because the system is so smart. You just have to set some time aside to learn it. You won't regret it once you do.

I am super happy with my investment here. it is user-friendly, adaptable and powerful & I love that the owner is personally involved with clients. After 8 years, I'm definitely here to stay! The new version is fantastic.

The only con I can think of is that I sometimes run into minor issues but a simple page refresh always fixes them. Other than that, no major problems at all.

Setting up the integrations with Google Calendar and QuickBooks was super easy and the add-ons are awesome like the QR code inventories and the custom vault locator that fits our warehouse perfectly. It has honestly boosted our storage efficiency and revenue. It's so customizable and packed with value and the efficiency we get is totally worth the price.

I use it on my phone and my computer and it's just so easy. Everything I need is right there. It's made me so organized, and I'm not even kidding, my sales are up by at least 30% because I can actually keep track of my follow-ups and know exactly where every quote stands.

The tutorial videos are a bit hard to follow so I'd love more simple 'how-to' guides. But I do like that we have constant access to go back and review things whenever we need to.
