“excellent Tool for Routine Tasks
Pros
I found the admin setup incredibly easy and our external clients picked it up just as easily. The support team jumps into our thread quickly whenever questions come up which has been fantastic. What really excites me is how often they roll out updates with genuinely useful new features.
Cons
In my opinion there should be more options for customizing permissions when setting up internal users. The current system feels a bit restrictive for our needs.

“optimized hiring but dashboard gets cluttered

The hiring process has become so much faster since I started using this platform. What used to take us 10-12 weeks, now averages just 7-9 weeks which is a massive improvement for our organization.
Cons
Dashboard gets pretty cluttered when I have tons of clients which can be confusing. I really wish there was a way to organize everything into folders, like having separate folders for each step in the process and putting clients into their matching folders automatically.

The lack of client portal simulation is a major drawback, I can't show customers what they'll see or help when they get stuck on something. Also I wish there was better control over the notification settings.

Setting up workflows for our clients was surprisingly easy and the interface doesn't require much of a learning curve. When I've encountered issues, their customer support team has been really responsive and helpful in finding solutions.
Cons
I think this tool is missing too many quality of life features that would make it more user friendly. Feels like it's still being developed rather than a finished product. The buttons are way too small, our clients constantly miss where they're supposed to upload files. Plus having file attachments in chat creates confusion since people end up attaching documents there instead of in the actual steps where they belong.

I reached a breaking point with CRMs that ignore cybersecurity, take forever to respond (or never do), promise features they don't deliver for years, or rely on AI bots for support. This platform's team is completely different, they're the friendliest and hardest working people I've worked with. The encryption keeps everything super secure and they typically respond within 2 business days or less. Getting personal meetings with staff who are patient with my team and genuinely happy to help makes such a difference. What really impressed me was when I'd ask about features, they'd promise them, deliver and exceed my expectations. Pinning groups, non sequential flows, adding attachments to "To Do" comments and integrations with Outlook and Monday, all delivered as promised. It's reassuring when I request something and they're usually already developing it. When they say "soon," they mean weeks or months, not years like other CRMs I've used. Since switching in 2022, communication with my team and clients has dramatically improved. Their constant innovation with new features, better templates and enhanced technology means I spend less time on manual tasks while productivity stays strong or even grows. They've been quick to solve problems from day one and I can tell they genuinely care about our experience and satisfaction. I am looking forward to more features, fewer bugs and continued growth together.
Cons
I run into some bugs here and there that can be frustrating. First is, I can't tag people with the @ symbol sometimes, second is that changes don't save when I try editing messages and the last is that Outlook plugin keeps disconnecting and I have to log back in (really hoping for recurring meeting setup through the plugin soon). The notes feature isn't my favorite, those "updated a note" notifications clutter up the group chat, especially since I edit and save frequently. It fills everything with empty content that feels unnecessary. I'd love more tools like a print button, comment feature, image uploads and maybe a basic table option (nothing fancy with filters, just simple rows and columns). The notes design could use work too. It stretches across the whole screen like a notepad when it would look better as a document format.

The interface makes it really simple for me to get new team members up to speed, implementation is easy. Having everything in one place for both internal team chats and client communication is incredibly convenient. I find the features genuinely helpful for daily workflow and when I've needed help, customer support has been outstanding.

Cons
Takes some time to get comfortable with, especially if you're not super tech savvy. My time end up spending quite a bit of time walking clients through how to use it. But once they figure it out, it becomes really powerful.

I love how this brings together e signatures, forms, chat, document sharing and task assignments all in one secure spot. It's like having someone organize everything and hand it over exactly when I need it. My file and task management time dropped by about 20% since everything's so easy to locate and share. The simplified communication cuts down on meetings and phone calls significantly, having assignments, documents and instructions centralized means I rarely need follow ups. The HIPAA compliance and custom portals give me peace of mind about data security. My workflow feels much smoother now and Prakruthi Jain's customer support made the learning curve really manageable.
Cons
Getting used to this platform meant completely rewiring how I approach workflow management. Had to abandon my old habits around building workspaces and using templates which honestly felt confusing at first. The backend setup requires a real mindset shift and I found myself struggling to let go of previous platform frameworks. It definitely takes some time to fully adapt my thinking, especially when I am used to doing things a certain way.

Responsiveness from their team really stands out, they answer questions quickly and escalate things internally when needed. They've actually taken our suggestions for platform improvements and submitted them for future development which shows they really listen. The collaboration has been fantastic and helped us reach our goals with the app much faster than we expected. It's pretty easy to use and the team was patient walking us through everything new. We rely on it daily now as our primary tool for both internal communication and client interactions.
Cons
Main drawback is having to wait for useful new features that we need right now. We've shared plenty of ideas with them but most are still waiting for future updates.

My team build mine HelloLedger Client Studio app that looks really professional and feels simple to navigate. It's completely simplified how we manage customers and communicate with clients, everything just flows better for everyone involved. The customer success team, especially Rajiv, has been incredible. He's always quick to respond, gives personalized help and follows up on every case whether we're setting up forms, workspaces or workflows. His updates on new features have really increased our efficiency. The level of professionalism and support we get is outstanding, plus the UI is gorgeous, both our clients and I absolutely love it.
Cons
Nothing really stands out as problematic so far. The setup went smoothly and all the features we needed were there. As we grow our accounting and advisory practice, I'm excited to get our HelloLedger app out to more clients.
