What I like the most is how simple it is to implement and use especially for smaller projects.
Cons
As your project grows and reaches a certain scale I notice many limitations. Also it is missing some of the more advanced features you can find in other software.

I really like the support as the tech team was very helpful in setting up the software for us with great attention and enthusiasm.
Cons
There is honestly nothing to dislike. For every feature I needed their tech support team was always ready to find a solution.

Well the ability to add custom fields customized to my business and generate reports is something I like the most.
Cons
I would love if there were pre-set suggestions for specific sectors but I am able to add all the features I need myself.
