Compared to other CRMs this one has amazing features. Also the campaign management is top notch and makes sales much easier. The follow-up call reminder feature is great too ensuring we never miss a follow-up. Plus the pricing is very affordable.
Cons
They do not offer payroll management software which I feel like would be really helpful for SMEs to manage things more easily.

Pros
This is the best CRM for any business as it is a comprehensive solution for all business needs. Plus I use their CRM daily for sales and it helps manage my pipeline pretty easily while making sure I do not miss any follow-up calls. Our company also uses their software to manage ground operations and it is pretty easy to access and integrate with our systems.
Cons
Their app is not compatible with some devices and I feel like the field sales management portal could use significant improvements.
