Excellent CRM software

Pros

I really like how smoothly NetHunt integrates with Gmail. Its interface is easy to use, the pipelines are customizable, and the automation features save so much time. It's also great value for the price and their support team is always responsive and helpful.

Cons

I think it should offer discounts based on how many users you purchase. It would make it more affordable and appealing for larger teams to adopt the platform.

It's a good one

Pros

It works flawlessly with our Google Workspace setup. Our entire company relies on Google Workspace and NetHunt fits in perfectly with all the Google apps we use daily. It amazing!

Cons

Setting up the software wasn't very a easiest experience for us, but after some effort, we managed to make it work exactly as it should and meet our needs.

Easy-to-use google integrated CRM with expert support

Pros

My overall experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to use and understand, though of course there's always a learning curve but their live support has been super helpful. It integrates seamlessly with Google but it can also be used on its own. The CRM features are strong, it's flexible and customizable and the support team from Ukraine is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

If NetHunt had more developed project and task management features, I could confidently replace one of the other platforms I'm currently using.

Cost effective and great for startups

Pros

Our team works fully remotely and this software has been easy to integrate into our systems. It makes communication across the team really smooth and efficient.

Cons

We found its learning curve quite hard at first, but once we got past it, the software has proven to be really robust and reliable.

Software that improves department collaboration

Pros

NetHunt CRM has become our go to for bringing harmony between our sales team and management. It offers a complete set of services at a fair price and the real-time tracking of field activities is a huge bonus. I'm genuinely happy to be using it.

Cons

In my experience, there's nothing negative to report.

Effective and elegant

Pros

I really like the product design. If you're a bit technical and enjoy customizing things, they give you plenty of freedom to dive deep and tweak the system. For those less technical, I think the default setups work well right out of the box. Having the Gmail integration was crucial for us because it keeps the CRM part simple and streamlined. We also use Nethunt's automation builders along with Zapier to move data where it needs to go like reporting or MailerLite for marketing. Zapier helps us easily pull lead data from Paperform and Gmail into Nethunt, which cuts down on manual entry and reduces errors.

Cons

There are a few minor quirks in the user interface that pose some challenges for our workflow. For example, some display sections are a bit too small to show a full deal title, which can be frustrating. Also the cap on shared email templates in the pro plan feels unnecessarily restrictive. We could easily use around forty templates but that limitation doesn't feel significant enough to justify upgrading to the next pricing tier.

To the rescue for organizations!

Pros

It's super easy to organize companies and vendors and just as easy to access their individual profiles. I also like that I can upload files and pin important ones to the top.

Cons

One thing I don't like is how large the icon appears on emails. It feels a bit overwhelming and disrupts the visual balance.

Amazing software with excellent LinkedIn + Gmail integration

Pros

The lead capture through LinkedIn and Gmail integration is outstanding. Because of this, our CRM data stays clean and accurate. I use automated workflows to remove duplicate contacts and companies, which helps keep everything organized. The LinkedIn integration saves me a ton of time when inputting data, and linking Google Calendar and Gmail makes tracking activities much easier and more efficient.

Cons

I wish there was an option to open deals in a new window. That would help me quickly go through all leads and write notes with fewer clicks. Also when I add a contact via LinkedIn and that contact emails me, I want the system to automatically link the two profiles but unfortunately, it doesn't do that yet. I do really appreciate the integration with Looker Studio, which is a smart feature. However, they should provide some standard templates for CRM analytics to help users get started faster.

Pros

Easy and perfect CRM

Pros

It's been great to have all customer data like contact details, activity and spending in one central place, thanks to this tool.

Cons

One of the best!

Pros

Loved how customizable everything is, especially how well it integrates with Gmail. If you're into tweaking software to suit your own workflow, this is perfect for you.

Cons

The pricing gets a little expensive when you start adding multiple users specially if you opt for an upgraded service level with more features.

It has been great!

Pros

One thing I appreciate is the ability to set up multiple databases for different parts of the business. The ease of use is definitely one of its best features.

Cons

Searching for different subjects or topics within the platform can be a bit confusing at times, which slows down the workflow.

Positive experience so far

Pros

What we really love is how well this integrates with Gmail. Our marketing team prefers other tools for automation and our operations team has used others for customer management, but NetHunt finds the sweet spot between the two. It also makes one-on-one outreach really easy.

Cons

Some features are unclear or hard to grasp. We spent quite a bit of time building out workflow automations, expecting them to behave like similar software, only to find that NetHunt's workflows operate differently. Better advanced user documentation or tutorials would have helped avoid this. Thankfully the support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. It would also be helpful to be able to generate reports based on a wider range of criteria. Our sales pipelines don't generate revenue directly but the most useful reports can only filter by dollar amount, which limits our insight.
