“quick task entry”
Pros
Starting a new task is very easy because the information is simple to enter and the fields all feel relevant. Uploading supporting documents only takes a moment and there is plenty of space to add a clear description of the action or explain the task in detail. Once everything is entered it is effortless to archive it and go back later to review it.
Cons
This could just be user error on my part but I still have not figured out how to remove a duplicate task from the system. I also need to see whether there is a way to print a report that only includes client names and addresses and I am not sure where the instructions for that are located.

“powerful policy and reporting tools”
Pros
Managing policies is very easy and it also works really well for creating task lists, saving notes and running customized reports.
Cons
Getting our data imported into the format they required was a little inconvenient at first but once everything was transferred it's been awesome. I do wish a few areas offered more customization like showing preferred names in search results and reducing the number of clicks needed to add and save notes.

Pros
Being able to access the program so easily means I can get work done anytime and from just about anywhere. Everything I need is kept in one place which makes staying organized much simpler. The notes section is especially helpful because it lets me quickly see what I was working on and keep track of everything at a glance.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is an option to move items from one file to another without having to delete the uploaded document first and then upload it again in the new location.

“Flexible reporting for agents”
Pros
It initially caught our attention because it made commission tracking and agent splits really simple. Once we dug in more it was even more useful being able to run reports and organize clients by plan types, zip codes and other preferred criteria.
Cons
I would appreciate a different way to view commissions received. I'd rather see it in more of a spreadsheet format with the months shown side by side instead of having each one listed on a separate line.

Pros
Everything related to my contacts and case management runs through this software. I just log in and I can immediately see everything I need to handle that day.
Cons

Using this software has been very easy and the user on my team who handles data entry really appreciates how quickly updates, improvements or fixes get done.
Cons

“excellent fit for benefits tracking”
Pros
While looking for a full system to run our employee benefits business the biggest advantages were how simple it is to use and how well it handles commission tracking. It also helps that the platform was clearly built with employee benefits in mind.
Cons
Don't have many complaints about this system. Every now and then there are small glitches usually in the reporting area but the team responds quickly and gets them fixed right away.

It is easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding. The training videos and how to resources are excellent and whenever we get stuck the response time is unbelievably fast.
Cons
Like with any new system it takes some time to figure out at the start. That said the transition with this one has been far less bumpy than expected.

Pros
After comparing it with three other options this one clearly came out on top. It manages to feel simple while still offering a lot of depth which was a big plus for me. I'm still in the trial phase but I'm already excited to keep exploring and see everything the platform can do. The team has been professional, well informed and genuinely committed to delivering excellent service. They really went the extra mile to make sure my needs were covered and that I was happy with the results. I'd absolutely recommend the software to anyone considering their services. They did an outstanding job.
Cons
Having more prefilled fields available for certain products would make it even better. For example it would help to have a Guarantee Issue field already included for voluntary life insurance instead of needing to build it myself. That said since the system lets me create and customize things however I want it's honestly a very minor issue.

Switching over from our old system was a big job and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the transition. This software felt much more user friendly, offered stronger reporting, had a cleaner interface and gave us the flexibility we were looking for.
Cons
A few features were buggy at first but the support team has been very responsive about fixing issues once they know about them.

Starting off with the product was very easy and having all of our client information stored in one central place made everyday work much more convenient.
Cons
At the beginning the commission tracking and upload process was pretty sensitive so everything had to be entered very carefully for it to go through. Over time though that was improved a lot and became much simpler with upload and 'drag and drop' support.

Pros
Having all cases and employers managed in one place makes a big difference and the task tracking is especially useful. I also appreciate the team task view where one person can be assigned as the primary owner while others on the team are still able to follow progress and step in when needed.
Cons
A few end user improvements would make the experience better like placing the "save" button at both the top and bottom of the screen. It would also be really helpful if files inside it could be moved with a simple click and drag action instead of needing to be uploaded within the system.
