“Collection made easy & efficient with Nurture CRM
Pros
We can now manage fee collection tasks much more efficiently thanks to automation. The service team has been super supportive, always providing timely help when needed. It's also really easy to use and the switch and implementation process went smoothly.
Cons
Since the fee collection reminder is triggered every 30 days, we have to make adjustments at the end of each month to prevent sending early reminders. It would be really helpful if there was an option to set a specific date each month for sending automatic reminders. Also, we have international students and we use alternative methods to collect fees from them. It would be great if we could integrate international payment gateways like PayPal for these cases.
