“Powerful tool with simple interface
Pros
I really appreciate how simple this CRM is to use and the interface feels easy right from the start. Their knowledge base documentation has been a lifesaver for getting up to speed quickly. What sets them apart is the built-in cloud telephony feature which saves us from needing separate phone solutions like most other platforms require. The customer success team made implementation smooth and helped us grasp the fundamentals without any trouble. Integration options with third-party apps are solid too. We've been relying on it for sales, marketing, and support functions and it handles everything we throw at it.

“Top solution with great value
Pros
I've been using this CRM for 5 years now and it's been incredibly user friendly from day one. The feature set really stands out in this market segment, especially considering how affordable the pricing is. What impressed me most is the customer support and they're genuinely available around the clock even on weekends and late nights. The team was hands-on during implementation and stays proactive until issues are completely resolved. The built in cloud telephony is super convenient and the third-party integration options make it work smoothy with our existing tools and software.
Cons
The interface seemed old fashioned until they finally updated it this past August.

Pros
We had to push through some initial resistance since people were used to the old application but once everyone got past that, they really started to like the new software. In the end integrating it into our company network and getting everyone on board turned out to be a smart move.
Cons
some folks needed a little time to get comfortable with the new system, but once they did, they really made it work for them
