Highly recommend this CRM

Pros

It's an easy-to-use CRM with great documentation management. Everything is simple to use and helps keep track of all the important stuff.

Cons

The invoicing feature doesn't always work properly for me which can be a bit frustrating at times.

My experience with officeclip

Pros

The best part for me is definitely how easy it is to use. I can get everything done quickly without feeling overwhelmed by complicated features.

Cons

I didn't like that it locked me out occasionally. That's definitely an issue that could use some attention.

Easily organize all your contacts

Pros

The free version is great. The contact form includes all the information I need and I love that I can edit the fields to match our organization's needs. The format for organizing contacts is excellent.

Cons

It does take a bit of training to fully understand how to use it and there's limited customer service if you're using the free version which can be tough if you run into any problems.

Really impressed by this software

Pros

It's very easy to use and you can customize the software to fit your office needs. Plus, it has different features like reminders, tasks and events which really help keep everything organized.

Cons

Honestly, there's not a single thing I don't like about this software. It's fantastic and they're always rolling out new updates to keep improving it.

Pros

It's free. That's perfect for a new non-profit organization like ours that just needs a basic contact manager. It also lets me review my intern's activity which is really helpful.

Cons

There really isn't much that I don't like about it. I've used Salesforce in the past and while I like the product, the cost is too high for a new startup like mine.

Handy contact manager

Pros

Their customer service really stands out compared to other CRMs I've used. They always go the extra mile to make sure we're fully supported. I mostly use it on my mobile more than my PC which is perfect for me since I'm always on the go.

Cons

An auto-save feature would be amazing. I've had a couple of moments where I wish that was in place.

Pros

It meets all of my needs perfectly. Everything I need is right there and it works smoothly.

Cons

I've only been able to print one label at a time using Dymo and I'd really love more printing options for greater efficiency.
