I signed up but my username disappeared

Pros

I have not been able to give it a try yet. As I registered for a business phone number, entered my bank card details but now I cannot sign in at all.

Cons

Well I have been waiting over 24 hours with a support ticket and in business time is money. They just keep telling me to reset my password and try different browsers. To me it feels like they are just passing me around. They acknowledge I have an account but they are not fixing my access.

Awesome product with amazing value!

Pros

Setting this up was a simple task. And my whole team has been really happy with Officetree. Overall it is a fantastic product especially for the price.

Cons

No issues at the moment. I would definitely recommend it.

Able to setup quickly

Pros

It is really easy to use and call forwarding works flawlessly when I am away from the office.

Cons

One thing I dislike is that they require payment upfront for the whole year.

support is top-tier

Pros

Setting up my account was pretty simple and I got everything up and running within the first day. I signed up for digital business phone routing and it was awesome to pick a local number that forwards calls to my cell, letting me know who is calling.

Cons

I feel like it would be even better if I could get visual text messages routed to my phone for cases where someone prefers not to leave a voicemail.

Great and budget-friendly software

Pros

I really like how simple this software is to use and how affordable it is. Plus whenever I reach out to their support team via email, they get back to me quickly which I love.

Cons

I would totally recommend it

Pros

It is fairly simple to use and navigate and setting it up was a walk in the park. I mean I was able to do it on my own and that too in no time.

The incoming call feature is great and I really like the pre-recorded message option.
