A must-have

Pros

The integrations, screen layout and printing options are all carefully designed to be user friendly and efficient which made our overall experience smooth and seamless.

Cons

I personally think that Omie service and sales modules need more fields to be customizable so they can cater to other sectors like technical support. The service orders fall short because they lack customizable fields.

System is somewhat limited

Pros

One thing I like about it is that it is budget-friendly and easy for beginners to understand.

Cons

It does not allow for many changes in the system and I find it quite limited when it comes to customization.
