Pros
It's very easy for me to use, with a built-in CRM to track incoming tasks and keep everything organized. The flexible pricing tiers work well depending on the number of users and the task opportunity pages help me organize projects and increase their chances of success. Its inventory management is one of my favorite features, making it perfect for small businesses like mine that sell physical products and services.
Cons
There are no time tracking or payroll features and it doesn't integrate with other tools I use. It also lacks automated features, which reduces efficiency for project-based businesses like mine. On top of that, the dashboard is somewhat hidden within the accounting sections and I have to search through invoices just to access it, which slows me down.

“Keeps business visible
Pros
Additionally, it allows me to schedule posts for Google My Business, which makes my marketing efforts much easier. This feature helps me save time while keeping my business visible and active online without having to manually post every time.
Cons
Support for Instagram is missing and there was a temporary outage of Facebook support that impacted my social media management. This disruption made it harder to keep my posts on schedule and maintain engagement.

Pros
The price was very competitive and I really appreciated that it worked easily with Google My Business which helped simplify our online presence and scheduling.
Cons
Facebook functionality suddenly stopped working for me, which was a significant setback. It interrupted my workflow and required me to find alternative ways to handle tasks until the issue was resolved.

Cons
I was unable to share videos to Facebook or Instagram, limiting the product's usefulness. I was also hoping for email marketing features which are not available.

I find this program really helpful for keeping our accounting organized and accurate. You don't need to be an expert to use it since the tools make it easy to record balances for all the different accounts in your company. I can clearly see our income and expenses along with cash flow and I'm able to track losses and gains which helps us improve on those problem areas.
Cons
The results aren't always spot-on with some accounts, though this doesn't happen frequently. When it does occur, their customer support is responsive and helps sort things out quickly.

I've been using this for our mid-sized business and it's exactly what we needed for accounting tasks. The way it handles different company accounts is really smooth and I can quickly check our profits, losses and sales data whenever I need to. What I appreciate most is how user-friendly it is and pretty much anyone on our team can jump in and figure it out thanks to the clear interface and well organized menus. The professional tools cover everything we need to maintain solid control over our operations.
Cons
It gets updated frequently which is nice but these updates almost always introduce bugs that cause headaches for us. Thankfully the issues get resolved pretty quickly once we contact support.
