“Good investment with currency flexibility
Pros
I can handle billing for our international branches with real-time currency conversion rates which is very useful for a multi-country organization like ours.
Cons
The initial difficulty is manageable but it quickly becomes much harder.

Pros
The interface is really user friendly and makes everything pretty simple. Data presentation looks clean and organized which helps me find what I need quickly. Boot up time is solid and it doesn't keep me waiting around when I need to get work done.
Cons
Everything needs to be defined and included in the Doc type and creating doctypes requires programming knowledge.

I love how easy it is to customize this system. I can change the modules, workflows and reports to fit exactly what my business needs. It's helped us work much better by keeping everything in one place and automating tasks. Managing orders and tracking inventory is now a lot more efficient.
Cons
The cost might be very expensive, particularly if you own a smaller company. The costs of license, customisation, hardware updates, and continuing support soon mount up. Additionally, I thought that the customization possibilities were a little limited, although you can make some adjustments, there are limits on how much you can truly change to suit your unique business procedures.

The support team is responsive and they get back to you quickly and really go above and beyond to help out. Sure, it's hard to use but once you get the hang of it, this tool delivers on pretty much all the CRM essentials you'd expect, plus tons of bonus features for managing accounts and projects.
Cons
The support package structure needs improvement. You have to buy 10 hour blocks that expire in just one month, which feels restrictive. I'd prefer smaller 5-hour packages and unused hours should carry over for at least 3-6 months so you can use them when actual issues come up that require support calls.

Cons
Getting the hang of this software was tough at first and it took me a while. There are also a lot of restrictions and standardizations that can feel limiting when you're trying to customize it to match your workflow.
