Efficient & user friendly platform

Pros

I'm impressed by how customizable it is for our specific requirements. We operate in a specialized market with unique processes and finding a CRM that actually aligned with our workflow was challenging. This tool finally gives me the prioritization and next action focus that I desperately needed.

Cons

Powerful features with easy setup

Pros

The interface is incredibly amazing and welcoming, no headache-inducing screens like some other systems. There's a practical design philosophy here that actually encourages daily use rather than avoiding it. Getting staff to consistently update CRMs is usually a nightmare but this tool makes it surprisingly manageable. Their onboarding process really stands out too. While most SaaS companies claim great support, these folks actually deliver on it exceptionally well.

Cons

It would be great if there was a built-in Shopify connection option.

Great solution for nonprofits

Pros

After years with HubSpot in the private sector, I needed something more budget-friendly and easy for our non-profit. HubSpot felt overwhelming like using a sledgehammer for a thumbtack.It turned out to be exactly what our rapidly growing organization needed. Setup was simple and getting our team trained took no time at all. The email integration works flawlessly and that simple one-line action stream is brilliant for quick updates everyone can actually understand. The simplicity is what really wins me over especially when training users who've never touched a CRM before. We're still getting settled but I'm excited to see how it transforms our operations.

Cons

I haven't been using it long enough to find major issues. The interface might seem too simple for some users but we actually prefer the efficient tool right now.

Best CRM for Small Boutiques

Pros

I've been searching for the perfect cloud CRM for years after trying everything from Salesforce to HubSpot. Honestly, the name made me think this would be too simple, but I was completely wrong. I imported all my contacts in just five minutes and the contact clipper works flawlessly. What really impressed me is how intuitive everything feels, if you think something should work a certain way, it probably does. The workflow management handles exactly what I need without any unnecessary complexity. The documentation is top-notch and customer support responds quickly with real solutions. For the price point, I'm genuinely puzzled why more small firms aren't using this instead of the clunky alternatives out there.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues so far, though I'm sure they exist somewhere.

Solid platform with some fundamental flaws

Pros

What took me a whole week to figure out in Salesforce and Zoho, I managed to knock out in just 5 minutes here. I was struggling to upload a CSV with 1500 records, both those other platforms kept throwing mapping errors no matter what I tried. This tool handled it perfectly in minutes. The interface is refreshingly simple, nothing overwhelming or overly complicated. It's just a solid, user friendly CRM that actually works when you need it to.

Cons

The lack of Canadian support is really frustrating and honestly makes me consider switching platforms. The CRM only has US fields like "Zip Code" and "State" when we need "Postal Code" and "Province" for Canada. They refuse to change these fields, so now we're stuck with both sets showing up and it looks messy and unprofessional. This is the kind of basic oversight that major platforms like Salesforce would never make. I can't believe a SaaS company in 2024 would develop software that only works for the US and completely ignores Canada. It feels like they're deliberately excluding an entire country which is just bad business. This needs to be fixed immediately or they'll lose the Canadian market entirely.

Couldn't function without this tool

Pros

I've worked with this platform before and it was incredibly helpful for managing communications at my previous organization. When I started running a children's nursery, keeping track of conversations with parents became overwhelming. That's when I remembered how well this tool had worked for me in the past. After introducing it to my team, our family support became much more streamlined. We can easily set reminders and assign tasks to each other, making sure every child gets the attention they deserve. Really glad I thought to bring this back into my workflow.

Cons

I really can't think of any major issues. It would be nice if they developed a version tailored specifically for nurseries though.

Cons

Easy to use with clear workflow

Pros

It's the perfect CRM solution for smaller companies. While other platforms overwhelm you with cluttered, confusing features, this one keeps things refreshingly clean and simple. Importing data and getting started was simple and updating customer info feels easy. The task based approach really helps me stay focused on what matters most. Setting up pipelines is also very easy and the email templates are user-friendly. Plus, their support team is genuinely helpful and approachable.

Cons

Setting up email campaigns requires jumping to outside tools since there's no built in HTML editor which adds extra steps. The automation features could also dig deeper into the integrated app data for more powerful workflows.

Excellent support and great overall value

Pros

We rely on this daily and find it very easy While it might not have all the fancy features of bigger-name competitors, it covers everything we need perfectly. Rolling it out to over 20 users took just hours, including there excellent Outlook integration. Most importantly, the online knowledge base and one on one support are outstanding.

Cons

The only real issue comes down to how we've been using it rather than the software itself, we got so excited about implementing OnePageCRM that we didn't set up any internal guidelines first and now we've developed some sloppy habits. We really need to do a cleanup and establish proper procedures.

Exceeds Expectations in Every Way

Pros

I don't sell anything but a huge part of my job involves staying in regular contact with people, visiting, calling, grabbing coffee, having dinner together. Until now I've been struggling with manual solutions like spreadsheets. I started searching for software to help but most CRMs were way too complicated for what I needed. This tool, however is absolutely perfect. It has more features than I actually need but the single-page Action Stream is exactly what I was looking for. After reaching out to someone, I can instantly schedule the next contact for 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months whatever timeline makes sense. It works flawlessly. Once I've contacted everyone on my list, the Action Stream literally shows me exactly what needs to be done in that part of my life. I honestly can't think of any improvements, it's just perfect.

Cons

The daily email is great but includes sales-focused sections I don't really need like pending deals and sales summaries. Would be nice to customize what gets included. It could use more integrations too, something like Todoist would be perfect so actions could sync with your regular to do list app.

Average tool!

Pros

What really stands out is how simple this platform is, my junior staff and newcomers pick it up instantly compared to other solutions we've tried. The interface has a unique, attractive design that makes daily tasks feel less tedious.The backend support team deserves special mention, they're available around the clock and resolve any issues we encounter almost immediately. The analytics and reporting features have been game changers for tracking our sales pipeline and overall management processes. Honestly, this tool delivers solid value whether your a small startup or larger enterprise.

Cons

The AI tools could be more flexible and I'd love to see better third party integrations to make things easier for both admins and users. The email marketing features feel limited right now. There are some issues with detail verification and reporting that could use work. My team runs into glitches fairly often and leads do'nt always update on time and the server can be slow to respond. These are mostly minor things that could be addressed in future updates though.
