Great client engagement filtering

Pros

Since clients are responsible for entering their own data, the system does a great job of filtering for engagement. It quickly shows us who's genuinely interested and ready to go

Cons

We can't add our own documents to DocuSign envelopes, which is a limitation. Since our compliance docs need signing first, we can't use the built-in feature and have to handle signatures separately

professional tool just lacks CRM

Pros

It is easy to navigate, has a polished and professional appearance and includes a wide range of useful features.

Cons

I think the absence of a built-in CRM is a drawback. since the system collects a significant amount of client data, having a unified platform would be ideal to eliminate the need for a separate customer relationship management system.
