What I love most about Origami CRM is its easy to use interface and the ability to customize features to fit our organization's needs. It really helps streamline daily tasks like managing members, tracking events and handling payments. Plus it's super accessible for users who aren't very tech savvy which makes it easier for everyone to get on board.
Cons
One thing I don't like about Origami CRM is that some of the advanced features feel limited or require manual workarounds. For instance, complex automations or detailed reports sometimes need external support or aren't available right away. Also, some integrations with third party tools are still underdeveloped which can slow things down in more complicated workflows.
